With decision of the Regional Council no. 372 dated 17^th February 2009, the Regional Territorial Coordination Plan was adopted in compliance with the Regional Law no. 11 (articles 25 and 4) dated 23^th April 2004.

NOTICE OF LODGING
The Regional Territorial Coordination Plan (PTRC), adopted by decision of the Regional Council no. 372 dated 17th February 2009, is lodged with the Secretary’s office of the Regional Council and with the Provincial councils.

Within 120 days from the date of publication of this notice, the local authorities, consortia of municipalities in mountain areas, autonomous institutions, economic and social organizations and associations, the community and anyone interested in it may submit their proposals and remarks to the Regional Council (Segreteria Regionale Ambiente e Territorio office - Direzione Pianificazione Territoriale e Parchi - Palazzo Linetti, Calle Priuli n. 99, 30121 Venice) for the purposes of the Strategic Environmental Assessment.
